1-1 Personalised Career Coaching 

My one-to-one personalised career coaching for women is designed to support you as you evaluate your next best step in career or business. After a successful 15 year global corporate career, I now dedicate my time to sharing the tips, strategies and tools I learned with other women, so they too can build a successful and fulfilling career & life.

 

Your client needs will dictate the session's agenda; here are some topics that I've helped clients with in the past:

• Mock interviews 

• Strengths coaching 

• Overcoming limiting beliefs 

• Moving from feeling confused, stuck and overwhelmed, to career clarity

• Getting clear and committed in taking aligned action

• Believing in themselves, especially when they lack self-belief 

• Feeling heard, seen and understood, in a safe, non-judgmental space

• Being their career counsellor, cheerleader, and challenger

1-1 career coaching session are conducted online via Zoom. 

Supporting take home resources are shared as relevant.
