Coaching Skills for Managers Training
Develop your team through better coaching conversations
Many managers default to giving advice, solving problems or directing their team. That can be useful in the short term, but over time it can limit ownership, confidence and independent thinking.
This practical one-day workshop helps managers and team leaders develop the coaching skills they need to have better workplace conversations. Participants will learn how to shift from telling to asking, using coaching conversations to support performance, development, accountability and confidence.
This course will help your management and supervisory teams development workplace coaching skills in a practical and interactive training environment.
